Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this Performance Tool low-profile strip headlamp. Now, with this professional-grade headlamp, you're not gonna have to worry about juggling a flashlight when you're stuck changing a flat tire on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Your hands are going to be free to get that done as fast as possible. So this headlamp is going to free your hands and let you clearly see what you're doing and what's going on around you.
So as you can see, I do have this on my head. I do have it powered on. This is at the brightest setting. And you can see even with my bright overhead studio lights on, it's still very bright, but let me go ahead and shut my studio lights off. And I'm just going to go through the setting.
So that's the brightest setting, that's the medium, that's the low, and then that's called the safe mode, and then the next click will turn it off, and I'm gonna go ahead and turn that back on and shine it on the wall behind me just so you can kinda get an idea of the range here. Go through the settings again, just like that. So this is going to be very easy to use. Also, I wanted to point out, if you hold the power button in, it does have kind of like a strobe feature as you can see, an emergency setting. So that is also available.
We'll turn that back on. Let me go ahead and turn my studio lights back on. And then I'm gonna go ahead and take this off at the risk of messing up my hair here a little bit. And then let's take a closer look at it. So still have it powered on here, I wanted to show you here in the back is where you're gonna control it.
And it does have a battery indicator readout here. So I'm just gonna go ahead and go through the settings there. And now we have it completely turned off. So four output settings, very easy to change the brightness. I'm gonna put on the screen the information there about the lumen rating and the runtime for each of those beam settings. This is a 3.7 volt, 1,800 milliamp-hour battery. So you see the lumen ratings there and the runtime expected depending on which mode or beam you are using. And this does feature a lithium polymer battery that's built into the rear of the strap here. So it is really gonna be pretty balanced. And this does include a USB-C to USB-A cable. Performance Tool says this is about 50 centimeters long. So this is going to plug into a USB-A outlet to easily charge this up. And it looks like we've got a port right here to plug in the USB-C side, just like that. And then it has a little gasket or cap there to protect that outlet. But this is a very, looks like it's gonna be very durable. Looks like it's gonna hold up well for you. I did want to point out that while I have this on, you do feel the warmth of the LEDs when you have this especially on the high setting. I've got a pretty big, pretty bare forehead, so I could feel that especially at the highest setting. So not to where it's gonna burn you or anything like that, but I just wanted to make you aware of that. But this is gonna be very, really do a great job of freeing up your hands so you can see what's going on in front of you and you don't have to worry about a flashlight. It's gonna be pretty comfortable to wear as well. Well, that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
